Terms of Service

1. Overview

SkinAlyze ("we," "our," or "us") provides an online analytics platform that allows users to track digital item portfolios, monitor market prices, and analyze trading performance across various third-party marketplaces.

Most SkinAlyze features are analytics and workflow tools. If you voluntarily use Native Cashout, Skinbux receives and holds the selected digital items for settlement and SkinAlyze separately owes and manually sends the locked stablecoin payout described in the accepted cashout quote.

By using the website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Account and Access

• Users may create an account to save their portfolio and access tracking features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• SkinAlyze reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time for maintenance, updates, or operational reasons.

3. Use of the Platform

The service is provided for personal analytical and informational purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform
• Attempt to disrupt service operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data

SkinAlyze does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or real-time nature of any data displayed, especially data originating from third-party sources.

Personalization changes presentation and saved workflow defaults only. It does not change financial calculations, tax definitions, ledger entries, marketplace data, subscription entitlements, or access permissions. Listing strategies provide recommendations and do not execute a listing unless you separately use an authorized marketplace action.

If you create alert rules or scheduled reports, you are responsible for selecting appropriate recipients and channels. SkinAlyze rechecks membership and report access when practical, but external delivery may be delayed, unavailable, or blocked by the destination provider.

4. Third-Party Marketplaces

SkinAlyze may display public or user-linked data from external marketplaces such as Buff163, CSFloat, or Skinport.

SkinAlyze is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve, Steam, or any third-party marketplace. We are not responsible for their terms, policies, downtime, restrictions, or enforcement actions.

SkinAlyze may also display names, logos, and trademarks of third-party marketplaces and services for identification and informational purposes only.

Some links to third-party marketplaces may be affiliate or referral links. SkinAlyze may earn a commission if you use those links, at no extra cost to you.

All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. Their use on the platform, or the presence of an affiliate or referral link, does not imply any affiliation, partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, or ownership by those marketplaces.

SkinAlyze does not claim ownership over any third-party trademarks and uses them solely to identify supported platforms, data sources, and integrations.

5. Browser Extension, Steam Sync, and Instant Sell Quotes

SkinAlyze may offer an optional browser extension that helps sync Steam inventory, Steam trade offer, market history, and related item data from your own browser into your SkinAlyze account.

The official Chrome Web Store and Firefox Add-ons builds may also include Instant Sell quote features that check supported marketplace sessions from your browser and upload normalized quote results to SkinAlyze for comparison inside Listing Helper.

The extension and Instant Sell fetcher are provided as convenience features for analytics, record keeping, and informational quote comparison. They do not custody items or funds, execute sales, approve trade confirmations, or require your Steam password.

Instant Sell quotes may be delayed, unavailable, rate-limited, inaccurate, or different from the final amount offered by a marketplace. You are responsible for reviewing any marketplace offer and completing any transaction directly on the third-party marketplace.

By pairing and using the extension, you authorize SkinAlyze to receive and store the synced data needed to provide inventory review, trade import, analytics, Listing Helper quote comparison, and related features.

You are responsible for using the extension in a way that complies with Steam, your browser provider, the Chrome Web Store or Firefox Add-ons, and other third-party terms that may apply.

You may disconnect or revoke an extension client from your SkinAlyze settings. Revoking a client stops that client from sending new synced data.

5A. Native Cashout

• Native Cashout is available only to the active workspace owner. SkinAlyze may enable, disable, review, block, cancel, or reconcile the feature for operational or security reasons.
• Skinbux supplies inventory eligibility, item quotes, trade bots, Steam-offer status, holds, and merchant settlement. You transfer accepted items to the Skinbux bot shown for the cashout.
• A quote expires exactly ten minutes after creation. Accepting it locks the item prices, gross value, SkinAlyze fee, configured network cost, token, Ethereum network, and final payout; a changed Skinbux item price or phase requires a new quote.
• Only USDT and USDC on Ethereum ERC-20 are supported. You must enter and confirm the same valid address. Network choice and completed blockchain transfers are irreversible, so an incorrect or incompatible address may permanently lose the payout.
• Steam trade protection and provider review may delay settlement. The displayed availability is an estimate, not a guaranteed release time. SkinAlyze manually approves a payout only after Skinbux reports settlement and the provider value matches the locked gross.
• You may cancel only while the transaction remains eligible before item transfer. Once an item is transferred or the provider progresses the transaction, cancellation may be unavailable.
• SkinAlyze records the accepted terms version, locked amounts, item references, provider lifecycle, review actions, payout status, and blockchain transaction hash. Native Cashout currently requires no identity verification or geographic screening, but you remain responsible for complying with laws and third-party terms that apply to you.
• If Skinbux reverses before payout, SkinAlyze may restore linked portfolio positions and cancel the unpaid amount. A provider reversal reported after an irreversible payout is treated as a critical exception and may require investigation or recovery.

6. Pricing and Subscriptions

• SkinAlyze offers Starter, Pro, and Team. Team includes one covered team workspace.
• Extra Team workspace slots cost €9.99 once, remain attached to the purchasing account, and provide capacity only while Team is active.
• Eligible beta accounts receive a permanent 50% discount on Pro and Team subscriptions. The discount is account-bound, non-transferable, and does not apply to lifetime workspace slots.
• Displayed EUR catalog prices include applicable tax where stated. The checkout shows the final price, tax treatment, billing interval, and currency before purchase. Checkout is available only in supported countries.
• SkinAlyze is the seller and supplier of subscriptions and add-ons. Whop processes card checkout, payment settlement, fraud controls, and related payment operations. Whop may be identified as the payment processor on your statement, while SkinAlyze is identified as the supplier at checkout and on the receipt.
• Whop card transactions are also governed by the Whop Buyer Terms. Where SkinAlyze has enabled Whop Collects and Remits and the transaction is in a supported jurisdiction, Whop calculates, collects, and remits eligible sales tax or VAT on SkinAlyze's behalf. SkinAlyze remains responsible for the service, support, refund decisions, and tax obligations outside that service.
• Whop card subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing interval until canceled. You may cancel through the Whop membership-management link or billing support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Cryptocurrency purchases processed through NOWPayments are separately offered, manually renewable fixed terms sold by SkinAlyze. They do not renew automatically. An early renewal begins after the current paid term, and access starts only after final payment confirmation and reconciliation.
• Failed recurring payments may receive up to seven days of service grace while collection is retried. A grace period does not waive amounts properly due.
• Refunds, cancellations, withdrawal rights, defects, and payment disputes are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy, the Whop Buyer Terms for payment-layer issues, and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
• A refund, chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute may revoke the corresponding paid term or lifetime slot after the provider reports it to us.
• Downgrades do not delete customer data. Starter keeps up to 25 active trades and 30 days of completed history; older history and paid configuration may be hidden or disabled until access returns.
• Plan-specific limits apply to saved views, workspace templates, listing strategies, alert rules, report templates, and schedules. Existing records above a later limit may remain usable or removable, while creation can be restricted until the workspace is below the limit.
• SkinAlyze does not store full payment-card details, cryptocurrency wallet secrets, or private keys.

7. Data Ownership and Portability

• You retain full ownership of all data you import, enter, or generate within SkinAlyze.
• You may export your data at any time using available export features.
• We store your data only to provide the service functionality and analytics features.
• In-app notification history, delivery audit data, and generated scheduled-report artifacts may be retained for up to 90 days. Scheduled downloads require authenticated access and are not permanent public links.

8. Tax Reports and Legal Identity Features

SkinAlyze may provide optional features that allow users to enter legal or tax identity information for the purpose of generating formatted reports.

These features are governed by the following conditions:

• Providing legal or tax identity data is entirely optional.
• The platform remains fully usable without entering this data.
• All such data is entered by the user and is not verified by SkinAlyze.
• SkinAlyze does not submit, transmit, or report this data to any authority or third party.
• Reports generated using this data are informational tools only.
• Scheduled reports are generated from a stored template snapshot and are delivered only after applicable workspace membership and report-access checks. Removed or unauthorized recipients may be skipped.
• SkinAlyze does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any data you provide and for how exported reports are used.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, design, branding, interface, and platform functionality belong to SkinAlyze.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or exploit the platform or its outputs for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

SkinAlyze makes no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy or availability of data
• Future performance or profitability of trades
• Compatibility with external platforms
• Continuous uptime

Use of the service is at your own discretion and risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

SkinAlyze is not responsible for:

• Trading losses
• Mispriced data
• Incorrect analytics
• Errors caused by third-party data sources
• Steam, browser extension, Chrome Web Store, or Firefox Add-ons changes, downtime, restrictions, or removal
• Platform downtime
• Bugs or temporary feature failures

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SkinAlyze in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.

12. Updates to These Terms

• We may update these Terms periodically.
• If material changes occur, users will be notified by email or through in-app notice.
• Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
