SkinAlyze may display public or user-linked data from external marketplaces such as Buff163, CSFloat, or Skinport.

SkinAlyze is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve, Steam, or any third-party marketplace. We are not responsible for their terms, policies, downtime, restrictions, or enforcement actions.

SkinAlyze may also display names, logos, and trademarks of third-party marketplaces and services for identification and informational purposes only.

All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. Their use on the platform does not imply any affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or sponsorship.

SkinAlyze does not claim ownership over any third-party trademarks and uses them solely to identify supported platforms, data sources, and integrations.

5. Pricing and Subscriptions

• During the open beta period, SkinAlyze is free to use.
• After the beta phase, access to certain features may require a paid subscription.
• Pricing and plan details will be clearly published before any paid plans launch.
• No payments are processed through the platform during the beta period.

6. Data Ownership and Portability

• You retain full ownership of all data you import, enter, or generate within SkinAlyze.
• You may export your data at any time using available export features.
• We store your data only to provide the service functionality and analytics features.

7. Tax Reports and Legal Identity Features

SkinAlyze may provide optional features that allow users to enter legal or tax identity information for the purpose of generating formatted reports.

These features are governed by the following conditions:

• Providing legal or tax identity data is entirely optional.
• The platform remains fully usable without entering this data.
• All such data is entered by the user and is not verified by SkinAlyze.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SkinAlyze in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.
